Dear Mr. Beals, 

Thank you for your letter of April 2, 2004 requesting information about 
the resting places of your great grandfather and great grandmother. 

Enclosed is a Polaroid of their monument. 

Our records indicate that Thomas was sixty nine years old when he passed 
away and was buried on April [BWB: death registration says March] 27, 1926. 
Maria was sixty six years old when she passed on and was buried April 3, 1926,
not April 2 as indicated in your letter. They were buried in graves 58 & 57 
respectivley in Section 8 East Side of the Windsor Grove Cemetery. 

That is the totality of our records concerning their burials. 

A copy of their death certificates can be obtained from the "Office of the 
Registrar General of Ontario".  Their mailing address is: P.O. Box 4600, 
189 Red River Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7B GL8. They will no doubt 
charge for the service. [BWB: I have the comparable death registrations.]

For the information provided by Windsor Grove a fee of $21.40 Canadian 
should be made payable to: Windsor Grove Cemetery. Thank you.
